The recreational vehicle storage facility is managed by a board member who makes sure the users follow our rules and policies. This person also determines what spots are available and who could use them based on the wait list. The RV Lot users pay a small annual fee enough to pay the bills (insurance, taxes, utilities, minor maintenance). Every couple of years they go up a little.

The compound is for Recreational Vehicles only.

Payments without proof of insurance and registration will not be processed

Rental period is 1-Oct-2023 to 30-April-2025

The cost of renting each unit is $350 even if you use for less time.

No refunds will be given for unused months

This amount is Due on Oct 1st, 2023.

For liability issues, please do not drop off your payment at any house or person.

Cheque payments only. No Cash. Sorry, no e-transfers allowed by PEKA

This RV lot is not maintained during wintertime, access to your unit may be limited by snow.

GMVRA will not be liable to any damage or theft that may occur while your vehicle is in the RV lot

GMVRA has the right to remove any vehicle at your expense if the conditions are not followed.

Each user is required to clean / remove weeds from their own stall.
