Grotto Mountain Village Residents Association is a non profit corporation that owns a recreational vehicle storage facility and a social centre.

The club house is rented out to Mountain Munchkin Daycare from which we make a profit and we put this money into projects that embellish our community.

At the moment, we enjoy a very unique situation in which our association members do not pay a condo fee. The income from the rent suffices our community needs. Although that could change, we do not foresee it in the near to mid future.
